Once upon a dream...
I always had a dream of more joy , more kindness, more genuine relationship, and more health...for everyone. So , I chose to become a doctor, and I was practicing as a general physician for years...
...I am not working as one anymore though. Why? Well, let me share with you the main reason behind this decision of mine.

One day of my days of doctoring, experiencing the world of medicine, I started noticing that I am more amazed by what is happening behind the veil, beyond the physical body. I felt I am more in love with becoming a wonderer in the world within. Although it took me a long time to realize that. I have many funny stories to share, but let’s keep it for later.

Time passed and passed, and I was wondering about this message, Until the moment that I felt deeply the necessity to change, changing everything. I asked myself : "Is it being a doctor all about the physical body?", Well, my answer to this question was definitely a NO. So, I decided to pursue the road to healing through the world of mind, the great gate to being simpler and happier…and through lifestyle modification. By doing so, I started feeling lighter, more positive and happier in every area of my life.

I believe what I do is bringing the wisdom of our wise teachers, sharing our experiences together, and holding each others hand on the way.

And last but not least ...
Lots of gratitude to whom made my way "possible"; nature, parents , sisters, poets, authors, all teachers…,from beginning to…
Some remained as an everyday whisper during my journey of life:

Jalaludin Rumi reminds me of “Neither I am this body nor soul…who then am I!?”

Dr. Joe Dispenza points me to ” where all possibilities exist...”

Eckhart Tolle brings my focus back on ”life is now.”

Sohrab Sepehri whispers “It is not our job to unravel the mystery of the rose. Perhaps our job is to float in the magic of the rose…”
Taraneh Vafaee , ”Try to conquer yourself as much as you can.”
And more ...
Many gratitude for everything…
